Governance is a
compliance obligation
- and it is part of every compliance project.

is becoming more important year after year.
There is
always a major risk: That we do not comply with laws and regulations.

impairment of reputation, value, earnings, business opportunities.
An inadequate commitment to risk management leads to
personal liability and litigation.
It is good to
remember that you face risks greater than insurance coverage
alone can address.
